Introduction
The challenges for most of the local schools is that they do not have a centralised system to manage their administrative matters and student matters. Many of these schools operate manually via hard copies or the traditional way. By having say that, we would like to propose a web-based system that allows for processing of information via online system.
Attendance & Communication Management System (ACMS) will deliver solutions to clients through the web with us in the designing and implementing of similar data management solutions. We will provide dynamic educational level handling. Modules include customizable access rights, student and staff profiling, attendance and temperature taking, communication module, alert system and generation of different administrative reports.
Objective
ACMS will become the one-stop system for our local schools. It will provide one-stop administration services solutions to improve the productivity of the local schools, hence allowing more time to be dedicated to teaching and learning in classrooms.
With a more centralised system, teachers or the admin staff can provide quality services to their stakeholders in terms of operations, teaching, communication and etc.
