Introduction
Pre-School and Learning Centre Management System (PLCMS) will become the one-stop system for our local pre-school centres.
The challenge for most of the pre-school centres is that they do not have a centralised system to manage their administrative matters and student matters. Many of these centres operate manually via hard copies or the traditional way. The Consortium will be led by Cyberland consultancy Pte Ltd, who has years of experience in web-based management system (see attached for details on company profile).
We are proposing a web-based system that allows for processing of information via the online system
Objective
PLCMS will provide one-stop administration services solutions to improve the productivity of the preschool centres, hence allowing more time to be dedicated to teaching and learning in classrooms.
With a more centralised system, teachers or the admin staff can provide quality services to their stakeholders in terms of operations, teaching, communication and etc.
